a collaborative project by magnetism & arbour glen creations.
THE QUILT COAT — handmade workwear-inspired jacket made from a secondhand sheet & tablecloth.
old materials, new life: outside is made from a beautiful cream cotton woven tablecloth with orange grid-stitching. inside is made from a sweet calico floral cotton sheet in a deep rose/berry pink.
boxy, relaxed fit with wide sleeves and large square pockets.
simple vintage wooden buttons down the front. the perfect piece for year round, to layer with or wear on it’s own.
*the inner seams have a raw edge (shown in photos), but i think this coat would look so cool worn inside out too!
