I appreciate the care Michelle takes to document each piece and note all of the item's details (i.e., fabric/measurements) which allow me to figure out what will fit well on me (which can be tricky with online thrift shopping!). All of the pieces I've picked up (skirts, tank, sweater, jacket) have been in exceptional shape and look just like the photos! And Michelle is very prompt and responsive.
